First room is en-suite and is  £900pcm all bills incl. Second room is not ensuite and £800pcm all bills incl. 

House is sunny, spacious with good storage. Has all mod cons including wifi, cable tv, double glazing, gas central heating, decent kitchen and sun room, washer/dryer, dishwasher and good cooking facilities. Parking on the drive and large garden in the back. 

All bills included and this also includes cleane. If you wfh you might may need to contribute more towards utilities.  Tbd if applicable. 

You provide your own contents insurance for your possessions if you want that.

So these rooms are for a non-smokers only, no pets. Again, looking for someone easy going but neat and tidy. Financially stable to afford the room. References required. Employed or student considered.
