Lovely new-build, self-contained lodge/annexe for rent until end April, in rural Kent. Near Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and especially Paddock Wood, this is a great place for anyone to stay for the next 5 months. If you are moving for work, looking for a quiet place to write a book, need some time out, or just need a temporary place to stay while you are looking for your next home, this could be the perfect fit. The lodge is situated in our garden, next to woodland. It has a lounge with double-futon, a kitchenette (no oven, but an air-fryer could work or use ours), a bathroom with a powerful shower and a bedroom with a Kingsize bed. There is a large covered terrace with a big table for enjoying open air eating or relaxing with the firepit or bbq on the go. We are surrounded by lovely countryside and footpaths leading in various directions. We have two young children, plus a dog, 3 cats and 3 chickens - so someone who doesn't mind children and pets will be very welcome. We are 1 mile from two villages with shops/post ofiice and gp surgery. Parking is on the drive next to our car and a short walk down the path to the lodge. Heating is by air-source heat pumps and solar panels on the roof. Inside, it's cosy with underfloor heating. There is wifi (but currently no tv installed). Please contact us to find out more.
