Room in a Shared House, Pearsons Green Road, TN12

Hello, we are looking for a friendly lodger to join our home near Paddock Wood. We are based in between two lovely villages with shop, pubs, post office and butchers. The bedroom, on the top floor, is large, with a double bed, and a wardrobe, and has a lovely view. It's a bright, airy room with space for a desk, chest of drawers and a comfy reading chair. It has its own shower room/toilet. We would share the kitchen, although you have a mini kitchenette upstairs by your bedroom. We have two young children, plus a dog, cats and chickens. We have a large and varied garden including a productive vegetable garden, and woodland and small orchard. Ideally, you will enjoy being in a rural setting, have a car or motorbike (there's no public transport), and enjoy the company of young children and pets. We look for someone with good humour, respect and kindness, who is up for mucking in around the house and take part in family life, but equally happy to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
