Room in a Shared House, Cleveland Road, TQ2

I have a beautiful, characterful DOUBLE room with en-suite bathroom in my large Victorian home in Torre.

I'm looking for just one lovely lodger for this double room.
My house is very close to Torre train station but not too close.
Easy walking distance to Torbay hospital, my last lodger walked to work there daily.  
A short walk to the beach or town centre yet has a rural feel, positioned high up & surrounded by trees, the house has a large garden with fruit trees & flowers, lots of birds, including an owl, doves, robins, gulls, the occasional falcon as well as bats, butterflies, lizards, and my pet tortoise.

The Lodger absolutely must be a non-smoker, not just someone who won't smoke indoors.
I want someone who will actually appreciate the smoke free home including the garden (apart from wood smoke when we have bonfires and BBQs).
The lodger must also be very clean & leave the kitchen clean after use.
I also want someone who will appreciate the unusual, characterful & eclectic feel of the home.
I will only accept someone who I feel will be a very good fit. 
Ideally educated & professional, but intelligent is more important than educated (the two not being synonymous). Someone I can enjoy conversation with or a game of chess if we're both in the mood.
Hopefully someone creative/artistic, someone positive and optimistic, 'glass half full'. Not one of those people who manage to suck the joy out of everything. Someone who can enjoy the bird song or a butterfly on a flower and the sound of the sea on the pebbles.

The room is 4m x 3m,
Rent includes all bills including wifi.

Rent is open to some negotiation depending on lodger's circumstances, days & hours in home & days & hours out of home. But the last lodger was paying £150 pw.
It might suit somebody who wants somewhere to live where they hardly have to interact with anybody else unless they choose to do so, or someone who wants to develop a friendship with us, there is room enough for either.

A bit about me, I have lived a lot, I have a very high I.Q. Two degrees in filosofy (deliberate spelling), I've been a martial artist since I was 15, I've made a living as an artist & illustrator, as well as having been a gym instructor & beach lifeguard, I rebuild & ride old motorbikes, do nearly all the work on the house & garden myself.
I have a teenage son who is here roughly 25-50% of the time.

I'm an open-minded Londoner just moved to Torquay. I love the outdoors, the hidden wild beaches & coves, the moors & the woods. Not really into typical 'night life', bars & clubs, though I do enjoy live music & something akin to dancing.
