It comes fully furnished and equipped so all you would need to bring is bed linen and towels. The cottage is in a lovely quiet location on a little lane on the south side of Totnes and is a very quick walk into the town centre. It is also close to the river and there is some on-street parking nearby which usually has spaces available.
The cottage is available from 28th September 2024 until end April 2025.

The rent is £1,200 per month plus bills on top of this which are £400 per month (total £1,600 per month). It would suit a couple, two sharers or a single person. We are looking for someone who is specifically looking for a short term rental. Sorry no pets.
