Double attic room in a shared house, 2 minute walk from Totton train station and town centre.  The room has an en-suite shower room and kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and a free standing fridge (with small freezer compartment).  There is also a sofa in a living area as well as a bedroom area.  This would room may not suit a tall person due to a low beam that separates living and bedroom areas.

The shared facilities include a large kitchen/diner with a utility room, communal/visitor toilet facility as well as an outside roof terrace area.
The property also has private allocated parking for one vehicle.

Single Occupancy £750 per month, Double Occupancy £795 per month.  
One month's rent plus the deposit (equal to one months rent) to be paid before start of tenancy.

Unfortunately no Housing benefit or Universal credit and strictly no pets

WIFI and all utilities included in the monthly rent.
