In rush hour it takes about an hour to get into the city, as I am located 8 miles away. There is a bus stop about 10 minutes walk away that does go to other destinations such as Long Eaton, East Midlands Airport, Ilkeston to name a few. Excellent location for access to QMC, Nottingham University, Central College in Beeston, Toton Tram Stop, Nottingham and Derby City. Also conveniently located for East Midlands Gateway, East Midlands Airport and M1 motorway.

Also great semi rural location. offering connectivity to all nearby amenities but with open recreational spaces too.

Rooms available immediately and come with fan for the hotter weather, small plug in heater to boost temperature in the colder months and coffee/tea making facilities upon request.

Sharing home with easy going landlady and her two small dogs. Also two family dogs visit regularly for the day, so must be comfortable around dogs. Dogs will not go into your own private areas.
