I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 10th of October onwards. The tenancy agreement is until 1st of May 2025, with the option to extend it for another year.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are rented and the 4th is a living room.
The room is unfurnished by the agency, however, I only want to rent out the room to a new tenant who wants to buy my furniture, this includes:
- IKEA BJÖRKSNÄS Bedframe (original price 450 GBP)
- eve Premium Mattress (original price 800 GBP)
- IKEA IVAR Shelf Unit (original price 200 GBP)
- Non-Brand electric Stand/Sit Desk (original price 250 GBP)
The asking price is: 700GBP for all the furniture. I only used the furniture for 4 months.
If you are not interested in purchasing the furniture, don't message me!
The deposit is 730 GBP.
The monthly rent is 608 GBP + Bills (roughly 125 GBP per month)
The apartment has a really fast wifi with up to 400 Mbps.
The current flatmates are professional and very welcoming.
Sam I. loves watching Arsenal with his year pass and works close by in Twickenham.
David H. plays video games and works from home.
