We have a double bed fully furnished room in a big 3 bed semi detached house near Trafford centre. The room is furnished with new bed, new mattress and work desk/chair. The house is located within 5mins walk to Trafford centre and 10mins walk to Tram stop. Aldi & Retail park is 6min walk. House is fully furnished with all required amenities including dishwasher. The house has Lounge, Dinner, Kitchen, Conservatory, and 3 bed rooms / bathroom upstairs. Although it is a 3 bed,  the whole house is shared with only one another working professional. There is a big garden in the back and garage for car park. Car parking is not a problem too. 

Bills are included in the rent. Pets are allowed too!

Couples are allowed with additional charge.
