I am offering two double rooms in a shared house in Ventnor from mid February 2024. This would ideally suit either NHS or Social Services agency workers who wish to work over on the island during the week on a short term contract. Newport is within 20 minutes drive.
The cottage has recently been fully renovated and is beautifully decorated and comes fully furnished including towels and bedding. Large sitting room, spacious dining room, fantastic bathroom with walk in shower and brand new fully fitted kitchen. Each room will come with a desk for home working. There is a small courtyard at the back. The cottage is situated 10 minutes walk from Ventnor High Street and has on road parking. There is also a free car park within five minutes walk of the cottage. Ten minute walk to the beach. All bills included including council tax and fast broadband.
