We are offering a room in our cosy, fully furnished 3-bedroom house, which we share as live-in owners. There will only ever be a maximum of 3 people living in the house, we occupy the other 2 bedrooms. The third room will be occupied by you. The room can be cleared of all furniture if preferable. Bills are not included in the rent and will be paid separately. Breakdown of bills is available upon request, just send us a message. Bills total per person is £120-150 approximately each month including council tax, WiFi and all utilities)
