From there it's a 10-15 minutes walk, via the riverfront walkway, to the newly reopened Seacombe Mersey Ferry. Bus stops to Seacombe and New Brighton stand very close.

There is a separate bedroom with view of back garden with a black pull-down blind. The front door leads directly into the combined kitchen / living space. The kitchen area has a 4 plate electric hob, electric cooker, shelving units, stainless steel sink and worktop. There's a plumbed-in washing machine and a small fridge-freezer.

The bathroom has a bath, shower screen and dual-action shower, plus toilet and washbasin with a small cupboard underneath.

The rear of the property has good natural light. The front (facing Brighton Street) has natural light from a window above the front door only. Due to the property construction, there is some sound transmission from the flats above, particularly when the stairs to or from those flats are being used.
