Room in a Shared House, Kirby Road, CO14

I am an ethical vegan looking to open up my spare room to a lodger to help cover the cost of living. 
Preference would be sharing with another vegan or vegan-curious, as no animal products are allowed on the property, only plant-based food. I am happy to cook for both of us though and will all be plant-based. Neurodivergents welcome. 

I work from home so I keep the house clean and tidy.
I have a small rescue dog that lives here and am happy to accommodate another dog.

Beautiful views of Walton backwaters and close to the beach, with plenty of supermarkets nearby and local amenities such as a swimming pool, gym and watersports.

Lots of pubs nearby so a great place to socialise and also great for dog walking.

There is a train station at the end of the road with direct routes to London and Colchester. There are plenty of buses in the area too.
