Room in a Shared Flat, Tooting, SW16

The room is in a redbrick purpose built flat with a south west facing garden that gets nice sunsets.
The room itself is big and comes fully furnished with a proper double bed. 
The room/occupant will share a bathroom with one other female.
There is a small shared living room with tv. 
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away, no.s 333, 127, 57. Tooting station is about 10 minutes walk away, and tooting broadway is 20 - this is like 5 minutes on the bus.
There are a few shops at the end of the road, local spar, chicken shop and excellent Greek place.
Tooting common is a short walk away with the outdoor Lido.
Out of the three bedrooms in the place, one has male occupant in early 30s with their own bathroom, the other is occupied by female live in landlord (27). 
Bills to be shared - water gas and electric. 
Live in landlady is into art, crafts, swimming and gardening. Male like football, relaxing with tv and pub. 
Must be okay with dog - non shedding bichon frise - occasionally being around.
