I work both in the office and at home and I spend most weekends out and about.
Ideally, I'd like to share with someone happy to have a chat after work, watch TV while sharing food, and who does not hide in their room at all times.
The room does not come with a desk, therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for fully remote workers.
Broadband and council tax are included, however, I will require a contribution toward water, gas, and energy bills. Expect to spend between 45 to 60 pounds a month. Full bill breakdown can be provided upon request.
The room is currently vacant and you'll be able to move in right away!
