This well equipped house is located less than a 20 minute walk away from the large Tesco superstore on Winwick Road (nearby the town centre) with other local amenities such as Orford Park and the Orford Jubilee Hub with its gym, swimming pool and rackets facilities being only 10 minutes away by foot. Nearby we also have the Winwick Road retail park and there are of course several major motorway networks all just a short drive away.

Being within such easy walking distance to the town centre from here you have easy access to some of the largest employers in town - for example Amazon, Hermes and The Hut Group being a little over 20 minutes by bicycle.
