The communal modern fitted kitchen/ diner is well equipped with 2 hobs, 2 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers. A regular cleaner is provided as a courtesy.

All rooms are en-suite and fully furnished. Bills are included in the monthly rent payment.

Parking is on street. There is even a back yard available for barbecues or bike storage.
