Hello, we have a furnished double room available. We are looking for a female professional who doesn't work from home. Our 3-bedroom property is located in Welwyn Garden City and is a 15-minute walk from the Howard Centre and the train station, which gives easy access to London.

We are also in close walking distance to the shops, QE II hospital, Peartree surgery, Goslings gym and Stanborough lakes.

The double room is spacious and has a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. The living room is not shared. The patio is open for outdoor sitting. Broadband provided.

We prefer pet lovers, so somebody fine with pets would be suitable. We have a warm, friendly and tidy household.

We are looking for a long-term, respectful lodger. We don't permit lodgers to bring guests over. Also, if you decide to take the room, please bring right to rent documents (if they apply) and a work reference. This is due to a new requirement by the government for landlords to complete these checks for lodgers. Thank you.
