Room in a Shared Flat, Trent Boulevard, NG2

This periodic maisonette locates on the main street of Lady Bay, close to the Hook (River Trent) and only 15 minutes walk to West Bridgford town centre. There are lovely cafes nearby and the post office is just 100 yards away. It takes 2-3 minutes stroll to Bus No. 11 and the journey to the Nottingham Train Station is around 12 minutes.

The double room available for you is furnished with single bed with comfortable mattress, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobes.  The silver shelf is adjustable to personalise your décor. New duvet and new pillow are available for the first person to stay.

In the living room there is a sofa and a big screen TV as well as a keyboard and some books. 

House shared with one middle-aged female and two indoor cats. The ideal person would be a female student for mid-term or long-term rental. 

Viewing is possible every Tuesday or Thursday. The rent includes electricity, gas, water and Wi-fi.

Non-student will be considered, the rent would be slightly more to cover the council tax. On street parking is available most evenings.
