Room in a Shared House, Kennoldes, SE21

I am looking to find a tenant to rent a room in my 3 bedroom house, very close to West Dulwich Station.

The house is terraced on a lovely development, is furnished and designed to a high standard, surrounded by ample green space and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.


The bedroom is on the first floor is furnished, with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk, shelving and television.

You will have use of the bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen/diner with appliances and rear garden.

I would like a tenant in full-time employment, non-smoker, with no pets.  The tenant will be responsible for cleaning their own room.  Bedding can be provided if needed.

The ideal moving date would be as soon as possible.
