We take preferably working professionals above 23 years and limit the house to a maximum of 4 tenants. You have no obligation to socialise. The current tenants are quiet and very respectful. We take great care in selecting our tenants to live in and make it their home.

Your room (Room 2) is on Ground floor and has a big double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and more than enough space to put your own extras to make it homely. For 1 working professional single occupant.

The house has a large kitchen downstairs over-viewing the rear garden, with 2 large fridges/freezers, washing machine and other white appliances. Upstairs you will have an immense 3 pcs white bathroom with shower in the bathtub, WH basin & WC. There is also a second separate WC & WH basin.
