Whilst there is no parking with the flat it is eligible for the Residents Parking scheme. The whole building is protected by an integrated Sprinkler and Fire alarm system and is compliant with all mandatory requirements. 

The flat will be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for the minimum 6 months but given both parties remain happy the tenancy will continue. 

The Flat has a Band A Council Tax rating.

Neither children or pets are allowed.

Housing Benefit claimants will be considered but will require the first months rent and Deposit to be paid immediately and evidence given of how the top-up payment will be maintained.
