Room offered on basis of single occupancy but second person considered for adjustment in rent. Two other lodgers currently share the property together with live-in landlord who occupies the third floor.

Located in a prime position just minutes walk from the town centre and harbour, the property is ideal for those working at the hospital, West Lakes Science Park or in Whitehaven town centre. Off-road parking available.

The house boasts original features including fireplaces in all rooms, high ceilings and beautifully preserved tiled floors, combined with modern facilities such as newly-reappointed en-suites, following extensive refurbishment.

Use of cosy lounge with log burner, lounge/dining room with log burner and kitchen equipped with double oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher also included as well as front garden with cane furniture. Off-site laundry services can be provided for small additional cost. 

Landlord lives on-site in separate top floor flat and owns 3 small/mecium dogs so dog lover is essential. 

House is accessed by several steps and has high staircase so regret not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
