I live in a cosy 2 bed terraced house in the village of Whitwick. The spare bedroom comes fully furnished with a new small double bed, large wardrobe, a spacious cupboard & a tall book-case. The bedroom backs onto the large garden with nice views. You are a 5 minute drive from Coalville which has an Aldi & a Lidl. Aswell as having a Co-op, several pubs and takeways in the village, you are also a short drive from Ashby de la Zouch. The monthly cost includes all bills excluding food. There is on road parking, internet, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

I am a young, professional, bubbly outgoing girl who is looking to house share with another female. I am clean, tidy and look after myself. It’s just me living at the property with my 2.5 year old dog Ozzy, and my African Grey parrot George. If you have a dog, they are more than welcome but they would need to be house trained & get along with other dogs. I work full time, Monday to Friday so will be in most evenings/weekends.
