We do not discriminate against people with children or on benefits, however you need to pass the affordability and you need to recognise that it is a first floor flat i.e. tricky with a pram, and that there are only two bedrooms which therefore limits the number of people who can live in the property.

Viewings
.We will have the keys back to the apartment on 20th October 2024, we will be doing some work to the apartment but are happy to allow viewings during that time.

Application Process
. Full referencing will be completed before a tenancy is agreed.

Referencing is by Openrent and includes affordability (a rough guide to affordability is your annual income should be at least 30 times the monthly rental price, so for £750 a month rent you need at least £22,500 annual salary), work references, credit history check, Right to Rent and open banking (where your outgoings and income are checked to be sure you can afford the property).

. a holding deposit, equivalent of one week’s rent, will be taken when it is agreed with an applicant that they will progress to referencing
