.I will have the keys back to the house on 19th July, we will be doing some work to the house and then viewings will take place. Viewings will be carried out by appointment over 1 or 2 days.

Application Process
. Full referencing will be completed before a tenancy is agreed.

. a holding deposit, equivalent of one week’s rent, will be taken when it is agreed with an applicant that they will progress to referencing
. After referencing a deposit, equivalent to 5 weeks rent, will be required (along with the first month rent, minus the holding deposit, once referencing is complete).
