The room is furnished with a king-sized bed, two bedside cabinets, two bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, and a fitted wardrobe. The double-glazed windows have blackout curtains. 

Kind-sized bed with a premium Eve sleep mattress and bedframe. The room is carpeted and has a personal thermostat radiator. 

Ensuite shower room with WC and sink, under sink cupboard, and mirror. The ensuite has a window, spotlighting, and an extractor fan. Modern tiling.


Large enclosed garden with countryside views. Which has a rotary dryer, garden furniture, and a side access gate if you want to store a bike here for regular use. 

Modern fully fitted kitchen, double oven, dishwasher, built-in fridge/freezer and washing machine, and tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave. The kitchen has a lovely loft-style table and sage leather chairs. 

There is a downstairs WC and family bathroom with a large bath which you would also have use of if you wanted to. 

Other rooms include a downstairs boot room (with space for a small office setup if needed), my study, and a large living room.

There is free, unrestricted parking.

There is a large adjoining garage that has space for storage which would need to be negotiated but I'd be happy for you to use. 

There is Wifi and a full Sky TV package in the lounge, including Netflix, Paramount, Sky Cinema, and Prime Video.
