This is a quiet suburban area with a live in Landlord.  It is a comfortable 10 minute walk from the trains station with direct trains to Liverpool or local shops and bars.
The Annexe is an attachment to our main residence in a very nice suburban area.  
All residents must be respectful of the other dwelling places and neighbours.  This would not suit anyone who wants to throw parties or raucous evenings.
The heating is included for a reasonable amount of daily use.  However, a surplus charge will be added if exceeded.
