The property is on the High Street in the heart of Witney, with pretty much everything you need in easy walking distance. Clean, tidy, comfortable and very well fitted. Recently renovated to a high standard. Wooden floors in the bedrooms, wood burning stove in the lounge, fast internet. Free parking nearby.

Bathroom would be shared but its pretty big and very well fitted, walk in spacious shower, under flooring heating, large mirrors and good lighting.

Very relaxed, live in landlord who at times will be away for several weeks or months at a time so looking for a very trustworthy tidy person who will appreciate and look after the house.

Some flexibility on dates, it might be possible to move in before the date specified and the term can be extended if the tenancy works out.

Fast internet included in the rent, so would just be looking for a small contribution to the electricty bill and whatever the increased council tax would be, a share of which may be payable depending on your circumstances.

I have an Italian family (not living at home) of girls so more used to women in the house than men and whilst I am away my daughter would most probably be using my room in the house for 1 or 2 nights every now and then but very infrequently if at all since she lives permanently some distance away.
