THE HOUSE
We offer luxury living in this fully refurbished house, with great flooring and five shower rooms. A Megaflow heating system means more than enough hot water at power shower pressure. The Communal Kitchen/ Diner is fitted out with two ovens, two hobs, a Dishwasher, a TV and two large fridge-freezers. There is dedicated cupboard and shelving space for each person, to help segregate kitchen food stuffs. The through Lounge has comfy sofas and a large flatscreen TV. A Utility room separates the white goods sounds, with alternative garden access too.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom - three of which have ensuites - has hard-wired fast internet installed and a TV/coax point, with centralised Wifi services extending throughout and into the garden. Bedrooms are tastefully furnished to accommodate your storage requirements, with enough scope to add your personal touch.
OUTDOORS
You have direct access to a quiet secluded garden, overlooking a private golf course through trees, with a lawn, patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy. For bike owners, you will love our large security shed, with internal bike rack. Some off-street vehicle parking exists, with no restrictions locally.
THE AREA
The house is conveniently located for local services and access to the M25, A3 and M3. Woking station is about a mile away and has super-fast links (sub 30mins) straight into London Waterloo. Lion Retail Park is easily walkable (half a mile), while a close-by public bus service (no. 437) connects to Woking and beyond. What more could you ask for?
ADMIN STUFF
Utility bills are included in the monthly rent, covering Council tax (band E), communal TV's, superfast Broadband (350Mb), Gas, Electric and Water. Two Cleaners maintain the communal areas weekly to a high standard. A Gardener looks after the outside areas, so that attractive grounds and views are ensured all year round and a Window Cleaner does the outside windows periodically too.
WHO ARE WE?
The house is managed by us, as non-resident, accredited owners, providing a top-quality service. Your deposit will be registered with the government-backed DPS. All tenancies are subject to referencing and contract, we genuinely care about keeping a contented house. One person rents each room, with no more than two persons per (shared) bathroom. To be clear, this is a non-smoking/ vaping house.
