We are a 20-25min walk to Crowthorne train station and a short walk to the bus stop which takes you to Wokingham and Crowthorne Station which is about 11-15min by bus.
walk to wokingham station is a good 45min

Local shops, short walk 12-14min co-op, Londis, chemist, fish and chip shop.

Bills are included (gas and electric, Water, unlimited wifi and C Tax ) wifi probably not strong enough for those who work from home.

If the studio is not kept in a good manner we will ask you to hire a cleaner or add to your rent meaning an increase of £40 per month
