1 Bed House Boat, The Embankment, TW19

The historic Dutch Kotter is on private moorings on The Thames in Wraysbury with other boats.  You will be part of a very friendly, knowledgeable  and helpful community  

Access to the living area is via a hatch on deck with stairs leading below. In the recently redecorated kitchen space, there is a fridge/freezer; induction hob and microwave/combi oven. There are 2 large leather sofas; a coffee table and small dining table and 2 chairs. On the same level there is a double bedroom with fitted cupboards; a small office space with fitted desk and a bathroom with shower and bath. On deck there is a working wheelhouse.   The deck has been totally repainted this summer.  

There are heaters and a burner.  Cooling and washing water is from a tank (refilling instructions will be given) there is a chemical toilet with an outside disposal unit.  There is mains electricity, a back up system and an immersion heater.   

Off road parking is available for 1 vehicle and there is access to a large, shared garden and utility area which includes a washing machine. Wraysbury is perfectly located for the M25 (J13) and LHR (12-minute drive) with good access to the M40. Trains to London Waterloo take 47 minutes and to Richmond, 25 minutes. The centre of Windsor is a 15- minute drive away.
