Located opposite the world famous “Racecourse Stadium” home of Wrexham AFC. House will be a shared space with host & 2 very clean indoor cats, Leto and Rhea, who will be in their room throughout the stay. Make use of all the space as you wish & enjoy the garden or "Green room" on those lovely evenings.*New Kitchen for 2024!* You will be able to make full use of the house and only one bedroom upstairs is unavailable as the cats have made it their home (where they will stay for the duration), but you will have plenty of space in the main double room with dressing room attached where you can hang up your clothes. Enjoy the garden on those warmer evenings or chill in the "Green Room" leading to it. Alternatively put your feet up in the front room and make the most of what is on the television.Dinner can be taken in the dining room with space for 4 to sit, having made full use of the subtle kitchen which had all the required equipment with plenty of storage for your stay.Before bed relax in the newly refurbished bathroom which includes overhead waterfall shower and large bath. Ideal for a soak after a long day exploring Wrexham and all that the local area has to offer.You will have access to the whole house, except one bedroom on the first floor where Leto and Rhea, 2 very clean indoor cats will reside during your stay. The rest is for you to enjoy.I’ll be on hand to help and assist, but won’t get under your feet and let you enjoy your stay! I wont always be in the property, but I am easily contactable. I like to greet guests when they arrive to show you around and answer any questions, but there is a lock box facility if that is not possible.Located close to the Wrexham General Railway station, which is a less than 5 minute walk away, the property also has easy access by car to the A483 leading to Chester (20 mins) and Oswestry (30 mins). Opposite the World Famous Racecourse Football stadium, home to Wrexham AFC.Park on the stone drive that has space for up to 3 cars. Local public transport can get you to pretty much wherever you want by bus. Less than 5 minutes away from the Train Station and with easy access to the A483 (to Chester or Oswestry) there will be plenty for you to see.There is lots to do and see in the area, and I will be happy to assist you in making the most of your stay.
