Room in a Shared House, Spitalfields, TS15

We are a couple who have a have for rent a double bedroom plus sole use of a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed , chest of drawers , hanging wardrobe space . There is a large living room with large tv and 2 sofas. Dining room ,Large kitchen diner  with patio doors out onto a garden with decking . To the front of the house is a simple garden , parking off road . 
An integral carport for bike storage etc . Really safe area . There are 2 cats and as we travel a bit there will be times when you are required to look after the cats and maybe mow the lawn etc . Time away yourselves won’t be an issue as I have neighbours who will look after the cats for a couple of weeks etc 
Price is negotiable but will take into consideration the fact that there may be  some cat sitting and mowing of lawns to be done !
