Monks Cross and University of York are only a short distance away, there is a bus route around the corner that is convenient for many locations in and around York

Close to local shops, supermarkets, including an excellent deli, and the Walnut Tree pub.

I expect the flat will be ready for a new tenant early December 2024, at present I cannot confirm an exact date.
