1 Bed Flat, The Mount, YO24

We are looking for a single person or couple to occupy the lower ground level of our house in Central York, on the Mount, a short walk from the station and town center.  We are a friendly family of 4 (two daughters) and live in the rest of the house.

The flat is newly decorated and furnished, and comprises:

• A large living room (19 x 14 feet) with bay window, dining table, sofas, and French windows leading into the hall.  Large TV with netflix / amazon access.
• A large bedroom (18 x 10 feet) with king sized bed, new mattress, dressing area, mirrors.
• A luxury en suite bathroom tiled in marble with separate bath and shower
• A newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
• A separate street entrance from the hall at front

Council tax and broadband are included in the rent.  We can discuss how to split utilities.  Parking can be provided by agreement.   Female tenants only, I'm afraid -- this is a family decision we've made.  Sorry about that.

Important Note: This space is offered on a licensee (lodger) basis as the utility room and access to it through the kitchen are shared, because all the washing machined and dryers in the house are located down there!  That's just how the house is laid out.  Happy to discuss details.
