-       Front room with a sofa, chair, coffee table and TV.

-       Kitchen with an oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, folding dining table with 4 chairs, a chest freezer.

-       Bathroom

-       Utility area with a fridge and washing machine

-       Small rear yard with a small shed (for 1-2 bikes)

BILLS / INTERNET:

Utilities to be arranged and paid directly by the tenant.
Virgin Media is the only fibre broadband provider that we know of. Alternatively, a mobile WiFi could be an option (e.g. we use an EE 5G SIM).

Looking for someone clean and who can communicate with us in a timely manner.

Suitable ideally for a professional individual or couple or maximum 2 sharing. For 2 non-couple tenants to share, please bring your bed etc. for the second bedroom.
