The space The house includes a private driveway for one car and free parking for another vehicle on the road directly in front of the house. There is also an electric vehicle charging point on the driveway.

A private entrance leads you directly into the main hallway and downstairs WC. There is also plenty of space for coats and shoes. Beyond the hallway door, you'll enter the cosy lounge area featuring a center-piece fireplace, three-seater sofa and 43" smart TV.

At the rear of the home you'll find the open plan kitchen and dining area. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining area is in front of the French doors to the garden and features a circular table and chairs for four guests.

Upstairs there are 3 sumptuous bedrooms with luxury duvets, pillows, fresh linen, towels and plenty of storage. In the bathroom there is a full length bath, shower, vanity unit sink, and WC.

York city centre and only 5 minutes away from the famous York Racecourse. The location is also close to the A1237 providing easy access from the main A64 and if you're travelling in by car from the M1 or A1 motorways.

Local to the home, there is a newsagent, Co-Op Express food store, fish and chip shop, Pizza and Chinese takeaway. The nearest supermarket is a Lidl 1 mile away on Thanet Road. Alternatively, there is a large Tesco Extra Supermarket 2 miles away (5 mins by car).

You'll be approx. 2-3 miles (10-15 minutes by car/cab) from the city centre just 5-10 minutes away from the famous York Racecourse. York University is also easily accessible via the ring road and within 15 minutes by car.

Buses - A bus stop exists just around the corner on the main road and there are frequent direct buses into the city centre throughout the day from early until late.
