The house is central to Soham  and has benefited from some modernisation.

£90 per week includes rent.

Not included is the electricity and gas bills which will be on PAYG meters,  community tax, water and broadband, all of which are shared amongst the occupants of the house.

Would suit someone without a car, as there is limited non-designated parking available, and Soham has very good local ameneties, with major towns Ely and Newmarket a short bus or train ride away.
Smokers need not apply.

It may be possible to accommodate pets for established lodgers.

A working level of English is required.
